The following terms and conditions govern all contracts between KL China And Glass and the hirer. By remitting payment for the associated invoice, it is understood that all terms and conditions have been acknowledged and will be upheld:
Please be advised that as of 2024, an additional cleaning fee equivalent to 10% of the total hire charge will be implemented. This fee pertains to the cleaning of all packing boxes and bags due to extended cleaning times beyond initial projections.
Before collection, all items must be securely packed in the provided storage boxes. Dirty glasses should be positioned upright to prevent spills, while plates should be stacked correctly within their designated boxes to avoid the need for unpacking and repacking prior to transportation, which could potentially incur additional costs for the hirer. Excessive packing within boxes will result in charges, as repacking is necessary to ensure safe weight limits for our staff to carry and proper stacking for transportation.
Please refrain from packing broken glasses in the provided boxes; instead, dispose of them safely on-site and notify us of any breakages upon collection.
Kindly ensure that your caterer, event planner, or venue manager is familiar with these packing instructions, as the hirer will be invoiced and held liable for any outstanding amounts resulting from a required repack.
All cancellations must be formally communicated in writing at least 14 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. In the event of a cancellation, the following rebate of hire charges will apply:
A minimum deposit of £100 or the full amount of the hire charges (whichever is greater) is required upon receipt of the order. The balance of the order must be settled 14 days before the scheduled hire date. Payment of the deposit secures the reserved stock for the hire date, with the option to adjust numbers up to 14 days before delivery, subject to a maximum reduction of 10%. Additional stock items can only be added if available; please consider this when making your booking.
A £100 damage deposit will be collected upon issuance of the final invoice, 14 days prior to the delivery date. This deposit will be held against any potential loss or damage and will only be refunded upon satisfactory return and inspection of all goods.
